How to Book with Us

Step 1

Submit an inquiry form & receive a personalized collection proposal & pricing guide from us. Dates are only reserved once the contract has been signed & the non-refundable retainer has been paid.

As your date approaches, you will receive our event questionnaire, confirm your photo template design, preferred backdrop & more!

FAQs

How do I reserve the Vintage Oak Photo Booth for my event?

First you’ll submit & inquiry form & receive a quote along with our availability. Once your contract is signed & non-refundable retainer is paid you’re all set!

What is your retainer fee?

We require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking. Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

Do you offer payment plans?

In order to reserve The Vintage Oak Photo Booth, you’ll sign a contract & pay a non-refundable 25% retainer. We allow monthly payments to be made but the balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to your event.

Can we add on additional hours?

Yes, if you’re wanting to add on an additional hour to your collection you must let us know two weeks prior to your event. This invoice must be paid in full prior to your event for the additional coverage added.

Do I get to choose my photo template?

Yes! You will finalize & approve your photo template prior to your event.

Are the photos themselves “vintage”?

We actually get this question a lot! The answer is no, our editing style is the modern “glam booth” look! We offer black & white glam or color glam but if you’re looking for that “old time photo” style unfortunately, we do not offer that. The “vintage” in our brand name strictly refers to the physical look of the Photo Booth itself because it has that vintage charm & made from real oak wood!
